After contacting Family Court McKenzie Friend – Kent & London, you will be offered a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs and how we can support you.

You will then receive an email with a preliminary information form and questionnaire, covering confidentiality, data protection, details of your case, and our pricing for full transparency.

All fees are agreed and paid in advance. You will be regularly updated on your balance so you can manage your costs.

Once agreed, we will arrange a further discussion and ask for copies of any previous court orders or applications.

We will then move forward with your case.
